"The staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Medi at the front desk. The rooms are clean and free from outside noise. The curtains work perfectly to black out the room at night. The hotel is a good value, even if one is not coming for the automotive scenery, which is also very nice. The three restaurants have something for everyone with good service. Breakfast is a successful combination of German as well as general Western offerings that international customers are accustomed to. "

"I recently stayed at your hotel and found the room design and space to be cozy and comfortable 👍. The breakfast offered a variety of options, which was great 😋. However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped with limited seating, which was a slight drawback 🙁. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I'd probably opt for the H2 Hotel Düsseldorf Seestern next time, given its reputation for more spacious dining areas 😊."

"The rooms are very functional means no bigger or smaller than necessary but having said that they are perfectly comfortable and I love the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in each room that's a great touch. .. The staff are also excellent - friendly helpful and very customer service orientated. The location is also excellent. I should'nt give the place such a good review as it will get too popular !"

"Room was basic. Clean and the bathroom/shower was nice. The actual room was very warm with the window shut (no air con or fans). Room was noisy with the window open, so i struggled to sleep. Bed was average, but the pillow (as with most German hotels) was an awful, soft, giant square. No idea why these caught on. They offer no support to the head or neck. Staff were friendly. They initially charged me again for the room (when i had already paid on hotels.com). When I realised and pointed this out they were apologetic and sorted the issue. Honest mistake, but check whether you've paid the balance before you arrive as this is obviously a flaw in their system. Breakfast ok. Not much choice of hot food. Just some eggs and scrambled eggs. Some cheese, ham and bread. Cereal and fruit juice. That was about it. "
