"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. The holiday village is fully self contained, with sports facilities, recreation facilities, restaurant, children activities, beach, mini market, caravan park etc. The sea water pool at the beach is very beautiful. "This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...

Im großen und ganzen eigentlich sehr zu empfehlen ein 🌟 Abzug im EG fehlt sitzecke bzw couch mit Fernseher wohnbereich entweder liegst du im Bett oder sitzt auf den stühlen in der Küche. OG Wohnung fanden wir die Matratzen nicht gemütlich. Falls für Urlauber WLAN wichtig ist in dieser Ferienhaus/Villa kein guter Empfang. Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich.
