"Booking, checking in/out was easy! Some of the appliances are older but they worked just fine. The towels are a bit rougher than most hotels/motels I’ve been to. Tv reception was hit or miss and we just ended up turning it off. That was the biggest downside but we didn’t spend much time needing it. I loved that we could have our fur babies there. Very close to everything! At night when you walk outside you can see the Milky Way and it’s gorgeous! I’d stay here again! "

"Watching a movie on a big screen (former drive in) outside under the stars sitting in a folding chair with a down blanket and popcorn/ fabulous!!!! Worth the effort. I don’t like the trend of no on site managers and no response to email but i understand from an economic point of view it is necessary. Some emails were answered and some went unanswered. It’s a well taken care of property. "

"This property was in the perfect location - love the privacy, peacefulness, grounds and close access to the river. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for 6 adults (especially in the kitchen). The beds were comfortable and the house was very well-equipped with everything you might need. Loved the fresh flowers in the outdoor pots, made it feel extra homey and inviting. We can't wait to return! Owners were very responsive and nice to work with, too!"

"We stayed two nights on a trip to the Sand dunes… It was centrally located in Crestone, convenient to the market and coffee shop. Would stay here again. Not fancy, perfect for a Nice peaceful getaway. Beautiful views, you can’t beat Crestone. Be mindful there are stairs and grass to walk-through upon arrival. We very much enjoyed our time there. The vaulted ceilings are nice and makes it feel bigger. Suggestion: a bit of shelving in the bathroom (maybe where the towels are stored) would be a nice addition. Lovely, lovely getaway. "
