"The room was spotless. The outdoor patio revealed the most tremendous views of the sunset. We would definitely stay here again. It is the BEST location for visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park."

"Very clean well done cottages. We’ve stayed there 3 times. The location is very lovely. Our only minor complaint was we were asked mot particularly politely to wash the dishes and put out the trash. There were very few dishes so it was not a big deal. It just made our visit not quite as nice."
