"The hotel has its own bar and restaurant, but breakfast was very basic (scones, eggs and stew) and simply laid out on a table, with only coffee available. My children had nothing to drink. It was therefore below our expectations."

"The girl at check in was super nice. The issue was after we came back from our night on the town we sat in the lobby for a while just drinking water and casually chatting, not loudly either. The security guy came up to us and asked us if we had a ride coming basically trying to ask us to leave. There was another group of people in the lobby as well and they were drinking beers. We were people of color, the other people were white. We asked the security guard if he had approached them with the same question or if he just chose to racially profile us. He stuttered something and walked away after I flashed him my room key and told him we had a room. It was such an uncomfortable situation that could’ve been handled differently by staff. It kind of ruined the stay. "
