Very elegant, friendly, and well mannered. I will definitely have to go back for a second time and only to this hotel because I felt so comfort. Not only that, but it was close to the beach and strip mall where I felt safe. Great food at the hotel and surrounding beach front resturants.

Perfect weather for cycling. If you want a swimming vacation go to the usvi. They have a great outdoor and indoor pool. Outdoor is 25 degrees C and indoor 35 C. Wonderful steam room and sauna. Great time.

Hotel was modern, clean, co

My family and I went here for spring break, the weather was amazing and the beach was within a 10 minute walk. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Love the activities in the evening and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Absolutely recommended again!

The room was perfect; try to get one with a view of the port or of the sea; it's worth the extra money. I didn't get the all inclusive cause I could never eat all that food, but as it turns out, the food in the hotel is as good as any of the restaurants in the Puerto Rico area The staff was incredibly helpful and the suites are the way to go as it was like coming home.

The staff was awesome. I would stay here again

Very relaxing stay with excellent staff. Our food was fabulous, we did not lack anything. The staff was very receptive to our needs. The pools were fun and the optional spa was grand. We will return again next year.

Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks.

Fantastic weather. Hotel had good location.
