Villa with a plot of 600 m total, surrounded by pine trees, very shady, sunny private pool. It is located in a residential area of Mazagón very quiet.

ONLY WIFI IN JULY AND AUGUST.
TOWELS AND SHEETS INCLUDED FROM MINIMUM STAYS OF THREE NIGHTS.

It can accommodate a total of 12 people that can be divided into 4 rooms that have large windows equipped with mosquito nets.

It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other also a bathtub and bidet.

The living room has a fireplace, with 2 sofas and a dining area.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for 12 people, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, 5-drawer freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils.

The house is accessed through a large hall. In addition, it has a large terrace porch in the front. The porch has furniture.

In addition to the porch, it has a rear terrace, next to the private pool. The terrace has a large dining table next to the pool, which is located within the plot and measures 7 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. It will be available safely from May 1.

The plot has space to park 3 vehicles and a lawn area for barbecue, also available in the house, along with sun loungers and garden chairs for 12 people.

The house is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. The owners are very friendly. The pool is beautiful. The only downside is the small bedrooms, especially the one with a bunk bed. The top bed doesn't have a safety feature, so no one wanted to sleep there. Eight people can sleep comfortably. Thanks, Ana and Manuel. It was a wonderful vacation.

Mucha tranquilidad

La zona es muy tranquila, la playa está muy cerca aunque el acceso es por una escalera de madera que puede resultar un poco complicado para mayores. La casa es bastante fresca por las noches, por lo que no tuvimos que usar el aire acondicionado. La piscina es muy disfrutable para los niños. En general muy contento.

De vacaciones en Mazagon

Casa acogedora, cómoda y fresca. No le falta detalle tiene de todo. Lo mejor los porches para comer y la piscina además que está situada cerca de la playa y se puede aparcar dentro. ¡Una apuesta segura para disfrutar!!!

Aspectos importantes ausentes en web o incompletos y mantenimiento interior no acorde con el precio

En la valoración de nuestra estancia intentaré comentar los puntos que creo pueden ayudar a quienes se estén planteando alquilar esta vivienda: -Zona y calle muy tranquila. El comercio más cercano para comprar pan y algunas cosas básicas está a unos 10 minutos andando. -El acceso a la playa más cercana está a unos 10 minutos andando (primero cuesta arriba y luego cuesta abajo). Si se va cargado con sillas, sombrillas, nevera y demás, conviene acercarse en coche para descargar junto al acceso. No hay problema para aparcar en la calle al lado del acceso. Este consiste en una escalera de madera bastante larga; es decir, poco accesible para sillitas o carritos de niño. -Sorpresa inicial e importante no anunciada en la web: cartel en los baños rogando que se eche el papel higiénico a la papelera existente y no al inodoro, al ser una fosa séptica. Esto puede ser importante o no, pero es necesario saberlo con antelación. -Huéspedes: Estuvimos 7, podíamos haber entrado bien 8. Más personas lo veo difícil. -Piscina: Muy bien. Limpia, cuidada, incluso durante la estancia. -Jardín y porche: Muy bien. -Patio con mesa (entre cocina y piscina): Muy bien. -Aire acondicionado: Las máquinas son portátiles (las conocidas como “pingüinos”), no de instalación. Son ruidosas como para dormir con ellas por la noche. -Baños: Bien con gel, champú y papel higiénico. Toallas abundantes y en buen estado. -Cocina: Amplia y bien equipada, con electrodomesticos en buen estado y bien surtida de menaje. La propietaria estuvo atenta y solucionó los problemas que surgieron con rapidez.

Estupenda estancia

La casa genial, limpia, amplia. Las camas muy bien, descansamos estupendamente. Menaje de cocina con todo tipo de utensilios. Excelente la batidora. La piscina en perfecto estado nos ha dado mucho juego. La zona estupenda, las playas muchas y muy buenas. Y Ana muy servicial y atenta en todo lo que necesitamos. Repetiremos sin duda.

Informalidad

A la llegada, pese a haber pactado entrada A las 14:00 hs, no pudimos entrar hasta las 15:30 hs teniendo que ser nosotros los que nos preocupáramos de llamar porque decían que estaban limpiando. Nos retrasaron la entrada a las 14:30 y de nuevo hasta las 15:30. No había wifi al llegar a pesar de estar contratado. Hasta tres dias después no lo tuvimos solucionado. No había televisión porque no tenía el mando pilas. Tampoco agua caliente porque la caldera tampoco tenía pilas. Por supuesto tuvimos que comprarlas nosotros. La antena de televisión rota teniendo que preocuparnos nosotros de esperar y recibir al antenista. La casa medio limpia. Debajo de las camas mejor no mirar. A la salida solicitamos una hora más y nos la concedieron (a las 12:00). A pesar de llamar para que vinieran antes para que pudieran hacer la limpieza, la hija de la dueña no apareció hasta las 12:35 teniendo que esperar en casa de un familiar, al no venir, esperando la llamada para la entrega de llaves. Como no aparecía la susodicha decidimos ir adelantando llenando de combustible el vehículo momento en el nos dice que está llegando que habían parado a hacer unas compras. Se entrega las llaves y adiós muy buenas. Cuidado con la informalidad de la propietaria. Por cierto, por las molestias que nos causaron nos propusieron un fin de semana de septiembre “gratis “. Sólo había había que pagar la limpieza de la salida (100€). Vaya regalo. Después de haber tenido la paciencia de no ponerla verde desde el principio por las incomodidades e incidencias de la entrada encima la digna señora nos envía un mensaje diciendo que le parece fatal que No hubiéramos esperado para darle las llaves con 33 grados dentro del coche cuatro personas y un perro y que teníamos que haber esperado a que su hija llegase cuando le diese la gana. Supongo que a partir de ahora tendrán más comunicación madre e hija. Nos pensábamos callar todo esto pero vista la caradura de esta señora que no se ha enterado ni de la mitad de las cosas que su hija no ha hecho queremos publicarlo para que no le vuelva a pasar a nadie o por lo menos que estén avisados. Calidad, servicio, precio: 3. Por cierto llévense Fairy y estropajo y pastillas para el lavaplatos. El precio ya lo conocen.

Buena casa agradable y tranquila aunque relación calidad precio solo regular

Estuvimos una semana con la familia. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable, aunque he de decir que los enseres y contenido de la casa no están adecuados al coste del alquiler. Electrodomésticos muy antiguos, menaje y ropa de cama regular. En realidad son 3 dormitorios normales de tamaño y el 4 es super pequeño. Solo cabe una litera. Espero que la propietaria que es super atenta, renueve algunas cosas de aquí al año que viene y entonces volveremos.

Very lovely and quiet place

Property was very clean and had all the necessary things required. I must say it is safe, nice and quiet place. There is a lovely pool in the house and honestly kids wanted to stay in the pool all the time. Beach is about 10 minutes slow walk from the house. It is calm and quiet beach not congested at all. Centre of this town is about 20 minutes walk from the house and lots of eating places are around. We had a really nice experience. Owner of the property is a nice person and tried to provide us with maximum information about the property and area on our arrival.

La casa está perfecta, en un residencial tranquilo, ni siquiera hemos visto a los vecinos. Se puede ir andando al pueblo, aunque mejor en coche, pero en líneas generales está muy bien. Hemos pasado un gran fin de semana
