"Spa was closed, some staff were ok some I found rude, the maid cleaned the room very well but the room was very run down, tired and old "

The room appeared to be fine but dust and dirt marks on counters and light switches. A staff entered our room the next morning around 8:30am when we were still in the room. "

"The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great."
