Riverside Cottage near snowmobile and atv trails and Mt. Bohemia with Wi-Fi!

3 bed 1 bath home half way between Phoenix and Eagle River on M26. Convenient location for both summer and winter activities in the Keweenaw! This location is about 20 minutes from Mt. Bohemia. The snowmobile trail is less than a mile away.
In the spring come listen to the rush of the river in the back yard. We are close to several waterfalls including Eagle River falls that is just over a mile away and 10 ft falls is just a short walk away. In the summer you'll enjoy the short ride to local beaches and all Keweenaw has to offer. In the fall, you will find Riverside Cottage is a nice central location to enjoy fall color in any direction. The main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both have a queen bed, and the last bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's room for 2 more on a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked.

Great trip everything was as expected clean well equipped. Shorter drive to Boho than places we’ve stayed in Eagle Harbor or Calumet. There was a gas fireplace not sure if it works, but didn’t see directions. Would’ve been nice to take the chill off.

Went up for fall colors...a little earlier than peak. Property in a great location to go on numerous adventures no matter what you're looking for. Great communication from host...very fast response to whatever question we had. Would book again.

Check-in and stay were very easy with great communication with the owner. He even plowed us out twice over our three day stay. A super-warm and comfortable home at a great location. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the UP.

Our family has been staying at the Riverside Cottage for years. The owners are super nice and the house has everything you need plus a deck overlooking Eagle River! It’s only a mile or two to the falls, beach or Fitzgerald’s for dinner.

This stay was a repeat in this rental home and it didn't dissapoint. Home is clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located for all our Keweenaw travel adventures. Phoenix store is just down the road for little things we forgot to bring with us. Definitely recommend for couple travel when you want a home instead of a hotel. Thank you, Jeff, for your hospitality and easy communication. I'm sure this will be a repeat rental for us in the future.

Our family has been vacationing in the Keweenaw Peninsula for years and we were looking for a new location that would give our kids more space to run around. This fit the bill perfectly! The kids loved being able to explore the river right in the backyard. Wonderful central location from which to visit our favorite spots in the Keweenaw.

The property was great! Clean, comfortable and close to Mt. Bohemia. Riverside cottage was a great base for our ski weekend; 15 minutes to the hill and 3 minutes to Fitzgerald's in Eagle River. We'll definitely be back for our next adventure in the area. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Mt Bohemia. Jeff had it plowed just before we arrived. Nice and wide open if I were hauling snowmobiles. He has good wifi and numerous television options. Nice place for enjoying the beauty of the keewenau.

The communication was prompt and easy. There was ample parking for an ATV trailer which is what brought us the the area. Eagle River runs behind the house, and the yard is groomed to walk in and check it out. It was nice sitting in the swing listening to the running water, very relaxing. It was a quiet location. We look forward to a return visit!

Had a great Powder weekend. They plowed all three days we were there. Simple layout and everything needed was provided. Great WiFi needed because phones didn’t work. Fitzgerald’s is only a mile away and a must-visit. A great beer and whisky selection. Try and catch the sunset!

We decided to turn our son’s freshman Tech move into a mini UP vacation. We found this place and it checked all our boxes: not too far from campus, fully equipped, comfortable and affordable. It was perfect, very clean, quiet, and dark skies for astrophotography. Check in was a breeze, and I honestly cannot think of a single thing I would change. We look forward to booking this property in the future.
