"My siblings and our spouses were in town for a family reunion and had a really delightful stay. We loved the house and its gorgeous original details; the location is close to everything we needed (we especially recommend Keweenaw Coffee Works and the Keweenaw Heritage Center); and Jill, our host, was friendly and responsive. Overall we had everything we needed in a fantastic space, and would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked this place to propose to my partner and it was amazing! It definitely helped us relax and healed our souls. We miss it. The peacefulness listening to nature and the waves hit was just perfect. We were also able to go out and explore the rest of the UP which was much cooler than I had expected. "Overall the house was decent. Very spacious and sprawling. There was no possible way we would have been able to fit sled trailers there, although told we could, 3 trucks didn’t even fit comfortably. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathrooms were “old dirt” dirty. Kitchen was pretty bad especially the fridge/ freezer. Biggest disappointment was no functioning hot tub. "We had 2 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 dogs and had a GREAT stay. The house was huge with plenty of rooms and beds. The kitchen was big with plenty of room and lots of staples. The grounds were perfect and it was extremely convenient to be able to bring our 2 dogs with. We had a great stay, even though we ended up not seeing the northern lights. I would definitely recommend this house for anybody traveling with pets and/or family."
