"I booked this for the first few days of my time in Brasov, because I was waiting for my AirBnb to be ready. I was going to be in town for a month and needed a place to cook. There is no kitchen or common room here. Be aware that it's just a bed in the middle of the busiest, most touristy part of town. "The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt."
