"Staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. Convenient to square with many restaurants and shops. Would stay again. No ability to control A/C in April, but windows could be opened at night. Lots of stairs."

He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. "Gorgeous atmosphere and stunning room- well worth carrying suitcases up flights of stairs in the beautiful building, it's all so full of character! The hotel is well located for food and as a jumping off point for travel tours to the castles. The breakfast offering was great and all staff were wonderful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"We were received by a lovely receptionist who booked us in quick and provided us with clear instructions and places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast is the best we had for a long time with a big variety of food too long to mention. The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Brasov but very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for its great value."
