Elegant rustic flower house with large garden

The house, renovated recently furnished with excellent taste while maintaining the characteristics of the typical Friulian houses with terracotta floors and exposed beams spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a cozy and bright kitchen with all the equipment, bathroom with shower and washing machine, lounge with fireplace and double bedroom. Along the perimeter of the house there is a large terrace overlooking the garden below. On the ground floor double bedroom and single bedroom with bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the garden on the south side of the house. If desired, it is possible to eat outside both on the terrace and in the garden below. The apartment adjoins the owners' house, all in an internal courtyard 50 meters from the Post Office, 10 meters from the Bank, grocery store and bar with nearby restaurant and pharmacy.

The hosts (Mandi Mandi!), the place, the vicinity, the culinary options: all a five star rating. Not to mention the perfect bathing spot in the Natisone river or the amazing zip lining experience in Slovenia. This house is highly recommended, just as the region overall is.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great accommodation, which has a fantastic and very large garden. We had everything we needed! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. The highlight, however, were the two hosts, who gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, were available at any time and provided us with lots of tips for excursions and restaurants. From the accommodation you can quickly get to Slovenia. We really enjoyed our time there and can highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment was amazing with lot of space, very comfortable and clean. The four children loved to play in the garden, a beautiful place to stay. Fruits grew everywhere and we picked some apples and grapes. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. They helped us with the planning of our trips, gave us advices where to go on rainy days, assisted if we needed some components of our food and left us their garages for the cars. We felt very welcome and fully would recommend this accommodation for families like us without any limitation.

We had a great time in Moimacco. The house is charmingly traditional yet equipped with everything you could wish for - AC, kitchenware, espresso maker, fast WiFi, dishwasher etc.. all of these very welcome esp. when traveling with kids. Huge flowery garden, albeit with loads of mosquitoes in August (interior is well protected by fly screens). Udine & Cividale only a short drive away. The nearby Natisone river with its natural swimming holes is a great place to spend a summer day. Hosts are perfectly nice and welcoming. Thumbs up!

Wir waren insgesamt zu viert (2 Paare) und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen im Friaul. Das Haus ist schön groß, man kann sich sehr gut mal zurückziehen. Und die große Wohnküche ist super gemütlich und auch ein verregneter Tag vergeht hier wie im Flug. Unseren Vermieterinnen waren ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge im italienischen Friaul wie auch ins nahe Slowenien. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die gute, vollständige Ausstattung der gemütlichen Küche sowie die Qualität der Betten. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen, mit großem Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenliege, usw. Tolle Gastgeber, mit Ausflugtipps und jederzeit für Infos erreichbar. Unterkunft ist klimatisiert, sehr angenehm bei hohen Außentemperaturen. Sehr geräumige Küche perfekt zum Kochen auch für mehrere Personen, wir waren zu 5 dort. Mit den Hunden waren wir in nur zwei Minuten aus dem Ort. Herzlichen Dank nochmals wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Wir haben Anfang August mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Hund hier zwei Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man im täglichen Leben so braucht und sie ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber wohnen selbst auf dem Grundstück und sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Der riesige Garten stand uns komplett zur Verfügung - auch wenn es meistens zu heiß war, um ihn zu nutzen. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich wunderschön, auch für kulturbegeisterte Menschen finden sich mit Udine und Triest schöne Ausflugsziele. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch, dass sich der Tourismus überall in Grenzen hielt. Insgesamt ein runder und schöner Aufenthalt und wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein grüner Traum, der rundum eingezäunt ist - ein Paradies für unseren Hund. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen sind sehr herzlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist ruhig, gleichzeitig sind Meer und auch Berge schnell erreicht. Wir würden uns dort jederzeit wieder einquartieren.

Wir haben uns in diesem voll ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen an die Adria, nach Venedig,Triest und Slowenien optimal. Der Garten ist riesig und schön angelegt. Unser Hund hat sich dort ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme in eurem Haus.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche, große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht, es fehlte an nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.Die Ferienwohnung ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Wer Entspannung und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig.Die Ferienwohnung liegt aber auch strategisch herrvoragend um weitere Ausflüge zu unternehmen (in die Berge, Sightseeing in die benachbarten Städte, Ausflüge ans Meer). Es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu erkunden in Friaul-Julisch Venetien. Die Küche der Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Super Ausstattung! Ein wahrer Hingucker. Dies gilt jedoch auch für den Rest der Ferienwohnung. Mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, Fenstergitter, WLAN vorhanden. Wir haben mit 3. Generationen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer haben wir abends immer noch schön zusammengesessen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben schon in verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen Urlaub verbracht, aber diese Ferienwohnung war unser bisheriges Highlight. Ein wahrhaftes Juwel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unsere Familie hat sich in der Blumenvilla sehr wohl gefühlt, wir wurden von den Gastgebern mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt, prima waren auch die beiden vollausgestatteten Bäder und die prächtige Spielwiese. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu den städtischen Zielen Udine und Triest wie auch zu den den Wander- und Outdoordestinationren in Slovenien.

Halverwege de Dolomieten en de Adriatische kust verbleven wij in deze accommodatie met een grote en prachtige bloementuin. Het huis is ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Een slaapkamer op de begane grond van waaruit je de tuin in loopt, is heel bijzonder. Op verschillende plekken in de tuin, en op het brede balkon kun je heerlijk zitten. Het huis is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een airco in de eerste verdieping van het huis maakt het ook tijdens warme dagen prettig toeven. De gastvrijheid van de verhuurders is groot. Voor vragen over uitstapjes in de omgeving kun je altijd bij hen terecht. De locatie van het huis in Friuli Venezia Giulia is bijzonder gunstig. Op drie kwartier rijden naar het noorden liggen de Dolomieten. Op eenzelfde afstand zuidwaarts vind je de Adriatische Zee. Dichtbij ligt het charmante Cividale de Friuli. En de fraaie rivier de Natisone is vlakbij. Venetië is vanuit het huis gemakkelijk te bereiken, zowel met de auto als de trein. Aquileia is binnen handbereik. Casa Fiorita biedt zo voor elk wat wils, voor liefhebbers van natuur, cultuur en strand en zee. Op korte afstand van het huis zijn meerdere mogelijkheden om boodschappen te doen in supermarkten met een uitgebreid assortiment. En de beschikbaarheid van een dorpswinkel op loopafstand is erg praktisch. Kortom, we hebben het erg goed gehad in Casa Fiorita. en we komen hier graag terug. Familie De Boer

Tolle Unterkunft in interessanter Gegend. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten. Auch bei Hitze sehr gut auszuhalten. Super liebe Gastegeberinnen!!!
