"Really great hotel, although in a very random location, but convenient if you have a car. Out check in staff was efficient and friendly :) Room bathroom/shower was really spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable! Breakfast spread was amazing too! Will stay here again when back visiting fam! "

"Well what an absolute pleasure it was to stay here not only were we treated like friends I think myself and Alberto who with his wife own this beautiful house actually became just that friends. We were on our motorcycle tour of 6 weeks when I booked the nights stay here on our way from Lake Como to Ljubljana in Slovenia. My wife who is vegitarien was sourcing out a place to eat locally to Alberto's house and we found a restaurant about 5 km away. I had been having a problem with my knee and was struggling to walk far and I asked Alberto if we could get a taxi to which he said no but I will run you there and pick you up latter. Nothing was to much trouble for him he is a really nice guy same age as myself and we soon found we had lots of things in common. İf we had not been booked in at our next hotel I would have liked to have stayed and spent more time talking to Alberto. İf we are in Italy again I'm going to go and drop in and visit him he's such a great host and an all round nice friend."

"Super majestic setting and facilities with wonderful, friendly staff and owners. The pool is fantastic also! Overall this property and setting combined with the gracious people is a 20 out of 10. Friendly environment with many people from all over Europe with whom to strike up a conversation. The wines at this operational winery resort are magnificent! Breakfast is always wonderful, and dining options within 15 minute drives offer superb local cuisine, a great small eatery 3 minutes away is a local Artisanal spot with local fare, and inhouse brewery. "

"At first glance this apartment seemed inconvenient and awkward, but this impression was completely wrong. The apartment is outside of town on the edge of a semi industrial area, but in fact it is in a suburban area an easy 12 minute walk along quiet streets to the heart of town, and even less time to expansive supermarkets. (There are busy streets too, but they are easily avoided). The greatest treasure of the apartment, however, is the hosts book of suggestions. Every Italian is better informed than an outsider about their own region, and she has placed her suggestions for restaurants and outings for all kinds of visitors; we used them to pick places to eat and to confirm our own prior plans. Her recommendations are excellent. I personally recommend mountain hikes alpine dairy (malga) meals as well as swimming in the local rivers. Oh, and as we were told before arriving: "eat the frico" PS the appliances all worked well and the air conditioning was awesome!"
