"The Staff, Jean Francoise and the others were very kind, polite and incredibly helpful. They printed directions for us and did many other things to help us and to make our trip to Paris much easier. The gardens and outside seating for relaxing is very inviting. They have a breakfast buffet for a morning when you have extra time for a longer breakfast. Thank you to all the Staff who helped us during our stay at Les Jardins du Marais!"

"Pros: Staff are friendly, beds were very comfortable & black out curtains were effective. Shuttle to Disney was very helpful too. Fairly reasonably priced. Cons: Property is in the middle of nowhere so no other choice but to eat at that hotel or Disney. Both are expensive. Lots of noise overnight, so bring earplugs, biggest con for me as a woman solo traveller was there is no internal lock on the room door, so if someone managed to get the code to your door, there was no internal lock. For this reason alone I would never stay here again. Just did not feel safe. Especially as you’re not required to scan a card to get into the lift or enter the hotel etc. shocking security."

"We enjoyed our stay, albeit most of us were hardly in the hotel as we were mostly at the parks but the rooms were clean and adequately presented. Some of the light fixtures in some rooms didn’t work and the end of our hairdryer fell off but it’s still worked. The service at the bar was incredibly slow in the evening but apart from that all staff were super helpful. There’s been reviews about the room security deposit but not a problem for us. The hold was kept on the card for a couple of days after leaving and then released. Would use this hotel again."

"I’ve stayed here before and what I like about this hostile is that it’s very clean. I was in a private suite for four women (which I like because that way I know I’m only sharing the shower with three people versus for everybody) and I believe they come in and clean the bathrooms every day. Bring a towel or purchase one at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful! My warning is that during the summer, there is no AC; Paris was having a heatwave, so I didn’t get much sleep as there was no air circulation. It was fine when I stayed during the spring, as it was cooler. Otherwise, great place to stay for reasonable prices!"

"The hotel was of a good standard, perfect location for Disneyland. The air conditioning in the rooms was perfect with the hot weather. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet. Breakfast was really good for a ‘continental breakfast’ and was a real plus. Check in did take a very long time, but other than that, no complaints!"

"As a solo traveler, my experience was great. Clean room, good AC, helpful staff. Room was exactly as advertised and was ready on time. They have a room (unlocked) to store baggage before or after checkout which was really helpful for me."
