Villa “Casa Redonda” is exceptionally well located on the Indalo Mountain, with panoramic views overlooking the sea. A 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes stroll to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The large private swimming pool (10 x 4 mtrs) is south-facing for sole use of guests. The villa has a living area of approx 240sq.m & is situated on 3,500sq.m of land with various garden areas, ensuring privacy & space. It is all built within one-level, further enhancing your living comfort. The villa possesses a spacious round-shaped living-room with an enhanced safety open-fire place, dining-room, kitchen fully fitted with appliances, pantry, three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entire villa is equipped with Climate Control System (AC dual warm/cold) for enhanced comfort, as well as an automated terrace sun-cover. Approx 250sq.m of various terraces around the property, offering options to sit either in the sun or the shadow. The villa has well designed gardens maintained by an automated sprinkler system.
