"I booked this property through hotels.com and they immediately sent me a message details, stating checkin was until 22:30. I messaged them back staying I would arrive between 22:00-22:15 but did not get a response back so I assumed I was OK. I arrived at the property around 22:10 and could not get in, I tried ringing the bell with no response. Finally someone came outside to smoke and they let me in. Luckily an employee was still there and allowed me to check-in. He told me they dont usually...

"Wenn man bei Ankunft erstmal die gesamte Küche putzen muss,weil Essensreste auf den Tellern,Töpfen und Pfannen kleben,fängt der Urlaub nicht entspannt an. Um das Haus herum liegt viel Müll- Zigarettenstummel,Plastik,OB,etc...keine schöne Umgebung für Kinder. Das Haus muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Teppich oben ist voller Flecken,im kleinen Bad oben schließt die Duschtür nicht und die Duschkopfstange hält auch nicht mehr lange. Die Gardinen haben undefinierte Flecken.
