Apartment "Résidence" with Shared Pool, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Moliets-et-Maa, this 28 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen with a filter coffee maker and pod machine, as well as Wi-Fi, a private TV, and electric heating. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request.



Cleaning is not included; the apartment must be left clean, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged on site.



Enjoy your private covered terrace and access to two shared outdoor pools in the residence, one of which is heated, open from Easter to late September. The beach is just 800 meters away and can be reached on foot along the golf course.



Parking is available on the residence’s street parking, and three adult bikes are provided for exploring the area. Events are not allowed. Shared washing machine and dryer are available in the residence for an extra charge, and two electric charging points are available in the residence’s parking area.



The secure residence features a grocery shop. A kids’ club welcomes children aged 3-17, and an adventure park is nearby. Entertainment on Thursday evenings in July and August. Close to central and nearby beaches.
