Being connected to the mall was quite helpful. Even more impressive is the town square the hotel is in. Very lively location that if family oriented. The hotel itself was great. Nice rooms with good showers that are very clean.

En general es un hotel muy tranquilo limpio y el personal muy atento, 2 puntos desfavorable:
1) No hay transporte público cerca la parada de buses mas cercana esta a 2 km

Llevo varios años yendo al Sercotel Amistad en Murcia, es un lugar perfecto para pasar días de vacaciones o trabajo, las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, el servicio es de primera así como el desayuno, la gente del front desk está siempre dispuesta a ayudar, muy bien localizado esta el hotel, al lado del corte inglés a pocos minutos del centro histórico sin sufrir del ruido o el tráfico. Voy mucho a Murcia y siempre me alojo en el Sercotel Amistad.

It was really amazing! The location is really good, right next to an area with a lot of restaurants and shops! The staff were really helpful! My Spanish isn’t good, so they were able to also communicate with me either in English, or talk really slow in Spanish so I could understand. The whole place was really clean, and my stay was very comfortable! I would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous property with modern design. Loved the studio apartment. Strong AC, comfy bed, clean linens, and great living space overall. The rooftop is a great amenity. There were workers there in the morning fixing stuff which was bothersome but overall (outside of that) it’s a great outdoor reprieve. Great location, walkable, easy access to the apartment. Downfalls: no luggage storage, no taxi cab service calls, and no in-person reception service at ALL. The elevator broke down at some point and...
