"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Seehotel Heidehof. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. "Blick vom Zimmer auf den See war wunderbar, auch vom Speisesaal aus. Die Warener Altstadt ist bezaubernd. Man findet außergewöhnliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Restaurants und Café's.Die Verköstigung im Hotel war für jeden Geschmack interessant und mit Freude am Gast präsentiert. "

"Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier verbracht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet, abseits der Hauptstrecke ein so angenehmes Hotel zu finden. Große gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit zu einem Spaziergang zur Burg - es passte alles. Gerne wieder!"

They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
