"This is a fantastic property not to far from Liseberg and in walking distance to various restaurants, nature parks and the town. Axel is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful. He provided a list of things to do and recommendations that was great. He also went above and beyond to send back some jewellery that was accidentally left behind back to the UK for me. I went with my family for the Christmas markets and I would highly recommend staying here! Fantastic space and excellent value. "

"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right by the central station. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to a great hotel and an outstanding staff.
