This property is in an awesome location on lake Como, and the views from the pool and the out door restaurants are breath taking especially at night. You can also have a private boat pick you up from the pool side to go up and down lake come. Very nice hotel would definitely revisit!

Perfect location if you want to relax and enjoy the view. You can get the little ferry right outside hotel to bring you to lake como centre. Taxi 28euros and difficult to get ferry cheap and what a transfer.

We had a great time in the hotel. The pool area is amazing with unprecedented views. The restaurants were excellent - food, views and service. 2 mins walk from boat dock and bus stand. The room was very clean and nice but we didn’t stay much in the room. It is much quieter than places like Bellagio but we like it that way.

Nice pool area connected to the lake. The hotel and the restaurant is not located next to the pool/lake. You have to walk under a tunnel to get there (50m).

Very good value for money

A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific.

Wonderful stay! I was a little worried by the reviews, but it was an amazing stay. The staff was supper attentive and very warm. There's a Ferry station right next to the hotel that can take you to anywhere on the lake so its very easy and fun to get around with/without a car. I would absolutely come back and will recommend it to everyone. I think the negative reviews are mainly from Americans who have trouble embracing European customs (and I say that as an American). Thank you so much!!

Mediocre and not worth the money

The hotel was disappointing for the price. The staff was rude and made no apologies when things would go wrong (AC didn’t work first night, key cards stopped working mid stay, etc). We moved to the Hilton in Como for the final 2 nights of the stay and it was much nicer and more enjoyable.

For the cost per night the property is dated and the staff is not friendly. Also, this is our 2nd time at the property (which see mentioned during checkin) and it was the fourth time for the couple we were traveling with. There was no acknowledgment or recognition by the staff as return guests. Also, there was a dead rat decomposing on the walkway. Staff were informed and after 3 days the rat was still on the walkway! Neither of the couples will be returning to this property.
