The place was beautiful. The rooms were exquisite. The attention of the front desk was very nice and polite. The waiters were extremely nice and attentive. Specially Pilal and his brother. We arrive late because our plane delayed.

Amazing

Big and lovely rooms, amazing spa and pool area and great service + really nice breakfast. Remeber to try the restaurant when you are staying there - it’s amazing with a beautiful view over the winwfields.

Wundervolles stilvolles, italienisches Hotel

Wir waren für eine ganze Woche da und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Super freundliches Personal. Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Grappa und Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Einen wunderschönen Spabereich. Bei einem Aufenthalt empfiehlt sich eine Tour durch die Berta Destillerie.

Aussenpool darf nach Checkout nicht benutzt werden

Das Hotel ist schön ausgebaut und eingerichtet.Zu einem guten Hotel gehört aber mehr als das Zimmer.Dort hat Villa Prato versagt.Wir feierten unser Hochzeits-Jubiläum und ich teilte dem Hotel über das Kontaktformular der Homepage mit,dass wir uns vegan und vegetarisch ernähren,in Bezug auf eine Reservation für Freitagabend und dem Frühstück.Als ich ein paar Tage vor Ankunft noch nichts gehört hatte,fragte ich nach,worauf mir mitgeteilt wurde,dass Sie keine Nachricht erhalten hätten und leider für Freitag- und Samstagabend ausgebucht wären.Das Frühstück sei kein Problem.Bei Ankunft wurde an der Rezeption kurzer Prozess gemacht.Beim Frühstück war vegan dann doch ein Problem.Es gab ein veganes Croissant und Soyamilch.Weder Margarine,Joghurt,Käse, Aufschnitt war verfügbar.Die Küche hat auf meine eindringliche Bitte am nächsten Tag dann Pancakes gemacht.Vegane Option bedeutet für mich nicht,dass ich in einem Edel-Hotel Brot mit Konfitüre und Früchte essen kann.Während die anderen Gäste Omeletts bestellen und Fleisch und Käseplatte verfügbar haben.Das ist einfach frech.Am Abreisetag hatten wir für den Lunch reserviert.Um11:00Uhr beim auschecken sagte die Rezeptionistin jedoch,dass wir abreisen müssten.Da die Plätze am Pool an Tagesgäste verkauft wurden.Wegen des Lunch durften wir dann bleiben.Und wurden danach gebeten das Hotel zu verlassen. So schlecht behandelt wurden wir in keinem Hotel auf der ganzen Welt von 1-5Sterne.Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.Keine Gastfreundschaft

Hotel curato, con camere ben arredate. Bellissimo centro benessere, con personale molto gentile e professionale. Possiamo consigliare i massaggi. Ottimo il ristorante. Consiglierei di far indossare dei copriscarpe ai clienti e al personale quando viene mostrata la spa anche se si tratta di zone di "passaggio". Prodotti cortesia in camera potrebbero essere migliori.

Superbe

Superbe séjour de 3 nuits en août 2023. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du spa est au petit soin durant tout le séjour. Notre suite était très spacieuse, agencée avec goût et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec une superbe vue sur le Piémont. Le spa est magnifique et nous a permis de bien nous reposer avant notre retour en France

Piacevole sorpresa. Struttura conpletamente ristrutturata di recente (2016 se non erro). Suite confortevole e arredata con gusto. Accoglienza cordiale con gradito cadeau in stanza. Zona benessere intima, pulita e silenziosa. Disponibili 3 piscine, bagno turco, sauna e diverse zone relax. Di giorno godersi il panorama dalle "Terrazze" della residenza. Non abbiamo potuto valutare il ristorante perché impegnato per un servizio catering. Il paese offre comunque soluzioni di ristorazione di primo piano (es Osteria La Marlera).

Nous avons passé la nuit du 26 au 27 décembre à la Villa Prato. L’accueil est glacial et nous avons clairement l’impression de déranger. Pour cause : nous sommes les uniques clients de l’hôtel ! Nous apprenons que le restaurant est fermé le soir-même et nous demandons à la réceptionniste de nous un restaurant dans la région. Réponse : allez voir sur Internet. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’existe pas , on nous propose de commander à la carte mais à chaque fois que nous souhaitons prendre quelque chose la réponse est la même : on n’a pas désolés. Le serveur est néanmoins beaucoup plus sympathique et prêt à aider que la réceptionniste du soir de notre arrivée. Le spa et le message relaxant sont très bien. En résumé, nous sommes déçus de l’accueil et ne pas avoir pu profiter de la restauration et même si la période n’est pas propice au tourisme, nous aurions souhaité pouvoir profiter de tous les services de l’hôtel ainsi que d’un accueil plus chaleureux.

Die Unterkunft mit dem sehr grosszügigen SPA sowie die tolle Aussicht hat uns sehr gefallen. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die sehr sauberen und im neuwertigen Zustand befindlichen grosszügigen Suiten/Zimmer sind im klassischen Stil gehalten ohne verstaubt zu wirken. Das Bad ist grosszügig und modern. Das Essen ist hervorragend, sehr schmackhaft, schön angerichtet und von sehr guter Qualität. Hierbei ein grosses Lob an den Küchenchef Andrea Cavallo und sein Team. Der SPA Bereich zeichnet sich durch eine einmalige Atmosphäre aus und weist einen Aussen- und Innenpool mit Massagedüsen, Wasserfall, verschieden temperierte/aromatisierte Becken und Saunas inklusive Kneippfad und Eisgrotte auf. Zudem gibt es Ruhezonen mit sehr schönem Blick ins Grüne sowie einem kleinen Fitnessbereich. Einzig kleine Verbesserungspunkte wären: zeitnahes Ersetzen der Polsterauflagen der Liegestühle im Aussenbereich, ausstatten der Liegestühle im Innenbereich mit Polsterauflage und ersetzen der Haarftrocknerboxen in den 4 grosszügigen Duschräumen im Innenbreich. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war ausgesprochen erholsam, was insbesondere dem stets sehr freundlichen Personal zu verdanken ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
