Dining was excellent, especially Gogi for breakfast and Lagoon House and Fish Bar for dinner. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. From Lusia at check-in to the porters, spa team, and restaurant staff, the service felt thoughtful and personal.
