"The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind.

"After our cruise from Genoa we traveled to the Holiday Inn Express at the Milan Airport and stayed two nights before flying out. It was a nice relaxing recoup before our long flight back to NYC. The hotel is clean, quiet with a nice restaurant that opens in the evening. The staff is amazing."
"We were expecting a bland airport hotel but this place really delivered. Great room, very modern and chic accomodations. Airport shuttle was easy and quick, and the restaurant was worth staying for. Dinner was great and the cocktails were first rate. "
"Very good value for money. The restaurant in the summer months is on a patio immediately downstairs, so that was very convenient. The shuttle service picked us up at a train station before our stay, and brought us to Malpensa at the end. Very kind people, excellent service. The room is basic and functional.
