The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the Carnolès Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area). The terrace, very nice, overlooking the sea and can see the old town and Cap Martin. Air conditioned apartment.

Very good stay

The check in process was very hectic. Had it not for our dumb luck in finding a lady that spoke Italian we would still be trying to find the apartment that was listed. Parking was also very expensive although this not the owner's fault she no doubt had a parking space in the apartment parking garahe that she might be able to rent for less than street parking costs. But, the location and views were wonderful. The apartment is small but totally adequate for 2 adults. The apartment has everything one would need.

Great location

La Promenade du Soleil is the best place to stay in Menton if you enjoy the sea and the sun!Being there while La Fête du Citron is going on, is amazing.The studio is well equipped and nice. Situated very close to Roquebrune and shops for daily life.

Studio très mal nettoyé ,avec une odeur des l'arrivée (odeur constatée par la personne qui accueillait).J'ai passé la semaine avec des bougies parfumées !Studio vétuste:fermeture porte fenêtre cassée ,bouchon de douche vieillissant etc ...)Jreviendrai pas.

Le couchage pas très confortable. Beaucoup de circulation 24/24 mais bel emplacement avec la mer à proximité. Attention parking payant depuis le 1er juin 2024.

Super appart tres bien situe, tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible l’hebergement aurait pu etre un peu mieux nettoyé par exemple les plaques de cuisson mais autrement logement plus que correct pour le prix je recommande

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où la vue sur mer fait rêver. La situation de l’appartement entre Menton et Roquebrune permet d’alterner les destinations pour aller à la plage, se balader en fin de journée profiter des spectacles de soirée. L’appartement est très bien équipé aussi bien en électroménager qu’en accessoire en tout genre. Les instructions laissées pour organiser son séjour sont claires et traitent de tous les sujets ( transport, activités, commerces….) De plus la proximité d’arrêt de bus et de gare sncf permet de se déplacer sans avoir besoin d’utiliser sa voiture. Tout est donc réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

Une vue splendide !

Très bon accueil et réactions rapides à nos questions par téléphone . Merci Martine ! Le studio est bien équipé, bien placé à proximité des petits commerces, des plages, de la gare. Nous avons pris le train pour aller à Monaco, Sanremo. Rapide et pratique..Et le bus pour aller à Saint Agnès avec un chauffeur italien très folklo... En bémol, on le savait, le bruit de la circulation, mais on avait prévu les bouchons d'oreilles pour la nuit et le canapé convertible trop souple et bruyant dès que le conjoint bouge ! J'ai dormi dans un des lits superposés. En résumé, je recommande ce lieu et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Lovely flat, lovely Place at Menton

The stay in Menton was quite wonderful. The apartment is located innermost line to the sea, so you can see the sea directly all day - beautiful. In the apartment is available everything you need, so you can cook and eat very well there. The apartment is overall lovingly furnished and we were very happy there and will certainly vacation there again. Walking distance to some very clean beaches, the sea has been very warm in July. We were also able to take surfing lessons. The only negative is the road that lies between the apartment and the sea (only two lanes, but quite noisy). The key transfer with Dominique has worked very well, thank you for the kindness.

Très agréable séjour dans ce studio bien situé, très propre et bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est magique Bon accueil par Dominique et très bon contact avec Martine la propriétaire, très soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires et qui établit une relation de confiance très appréciable.

L appartement est vraiment tres propre tout les ustensiles de cuisines que l on a besoin sont la ! Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Aussicht direkt aus Meer

Es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafplätze, es gibt ein Küche, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem wunderschönen Blick direkt ans Meer. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement befindet in einer super Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Gemüse& Obsthändler, viele Restaurants, Tennisanlage und die U-Bahnstation. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Excellent séjour face à la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Le studio est très bien conçu et très agréable, avec une vue sur la mer qui n’a pas cessé de nous émerveiller chaque jour. il est très bien placé près des magasins et l’arrêt du bus Ligne 100 est à la porte. Le centre de Menton est également très proche. La gérante et la propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa et toujours faciles à joindre. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
