Terrible experience
Please don't book this property.. they have charged us a significant amount without our consent or any proof of damage cUsed to their property. This happened by them simply sending us an email saying you will be charged. The property has no AC and is near a busy road. You will not be able to sleep from the heat and the noise. Also there is no WIFI. Please don't make the same mistake I made because the pictures look good.

This apartment is in a great location with a fabulous view and close to all amenities and public transport. The living area and terrace are both large and spacious and the facilities are very good. We will return I hope.

Just a nice place
wonderful apartments with magnificent views of the sea and the busy street near the sea. near a good beach with large stones and next door a cozy beach with small pebbles. The water is very clean as are the apartments. There is everything you need. Large terrace with beautiful sea views. The only thing you need to buy linen separately. For the rest we really liked the apartments.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location.
The apartment was just right for us - spacious with a lovely big terrace and excellent wifi connection. It is well equipped and near all the local amenities and the view from the terrace is wonderful. Roquebrune and nearby Menton are beautiful places with good restaurants and shops. Public transport is excellent so a car isn't needed but there is a parking space with the apartment if you have a car. We had a fabulous holiday and were very sad to leave.

Bella vista sul mare.
L’appartamento è composto da un accogliente soggiorno e da una bella ed ampia terrazza con vista mare. Risultavano non funzionanti alcune lampade e la tapparella principale. Il parcheggio all’interno del condominio è un valore aggiunto. Peccato l’eccessivo costo delle lenzuola e delle salviette che risultavano non sufficienti e di modesta qualità.

Tolle Aussicht
Leider war die Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Die Vermieterin hat auf keine Nachrichten, Anfragen oder Bitten reagiert. Im Vorfeld wurde uns zur Schlüsselübergabe eine falsche Handynummer gegeben, wodurch wir erst nicht in die Wohnung kamen. Vor Ort wurde mitgeteilt das die Rollladen zur Verdunklung/Sonnenschutz nicht funktionieren. Dadurch war die Wohnung sehr heiß. Der Parkplatz ist eher für kleine Fahrzeuge, war aber die meiste Zeit blockiert. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht gekümmert. Fazit aus den Aufenthalten der letzten Jahre, es gibt deutlich bessere Wohnungen vor Ort.

Un appartement très agréable et idéalement situé
L’appartement est très lumineux, très bien équipé, avec une terrasse ombragée, deux ventilateurs très efficaces. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu et calme. Sa situation est idéale, en face de la mer, près des commerces, des transports et des animations proposées par Roquebrune. Seuls bémols, le bruit de la circulation et l’absence de climatisation (pour l’été).

Séjour qui s'est très bien passé du début à la fin, aucune mauvaise surprise, au contraire Des propriétaires adorables, l'appartement très agréable, largement assez grand pour 4 personnes La terrasse nous fait profiter d'une vue imprenable sur la mer A noter aussi la proximite de commerces et la possibilité de tout faire à pied J'en garderai un excellent souvenir
