Situated on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) this spacious property comfortably sleeps 4 guests and enjoys shared access to a swimming pool and a private sauna.

Enjoy open-plan living in the stylishly furnished living space, fitted with an L-shaped sofa, a smart flatscreen satellite TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming town of Menton. The town is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens and beautiful beaches. The Plage du Casino beach, Plage de Fossan beach and beautiful Jardins Biovès are both less than a 5-minute walk from the front door. There are also another 5 beaches and 4 gardens all less than a 10-minute drive away.

The narrow, cobbled streets of Menton’s Medieval Old Town are a 10-minute walk where visitors will find the Baroque Basilica of St Michel, the Jean Cocteau Museum and the Old Port. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 5-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.

The property is less than a 5-minute walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket (2 minutes). In February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits.
