Fantastic Flat, Great View

Had a great 9 day stay at Mia’s flat. we loved the view and walking into Menton. Mia was a very good host, she was informative, helpful with recommendations and let us borrow an umbrella one day. The only issue we had was it was a major heatwave while we were there, and the AC even on its lowest temperature and highest fan setting was inadequate, leading to a couple of uncomfortable nights. Lots of steps up to flat so would be difficult for a families with elderly members. Thanks Mia and Eric.

Best view on the Riviera!

Fantastic, well-equipped studio with a superb view. A bit of a walk down to Menton along a private path (steeper on the way up!) but only a minor inconenience. Mia was extremely helpful with all our requests and her apartment is hotel-standard. We should have asked about getting to the property with cases - don't try and walk! Google Maps will take you up tortuous steps through the old town. All in all, definitely recommended for a short break

Menton home with a great view

The location is great, lots of stairs but worth it. If you leave the door and window open you can listen to the waves all night, I do recommend to the homeowner adding mosquito screens to the window and door to be able to leave them open. On weekends don't plan on going to sleep early, the bar noises go on pretty late.

One of the best vacation rentals in Menton

We've stayed in quite a few different places in Menton over the years and this is clearly one of the best. Spectacular view, brilliant location and a very nice standard in the apartment - kind of looking and feeling like an upscale hotel. Very nice hosts with good tips on local restaurants etc if you need that. Highly recommended!

Super séjour, nous avons apprécié la vue et l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement (accès plage direct par un chemin privé, attention forte pente mais faisable avec un bébé sur le dos :) ) L’appartement dispose d’un belle petite terrasse où l’on peut très bien s’y installer pour dîner et profiter du soleil couchant ou pour le petit déjeuner du matin. Un des avantages est aussi le parking, pas de frais annexes si l’on arrive à se frayer une place le long du chemin. Pour résumer idéal pour un break loin de la foule !! Merci à Erick et Mia ainsi que leur pitchoune qui a volontiers prêté ses jouets à notre fille :)

Vue époustouflante et accès au vieux menton

La chambre se situe dans une propriété sur les hauteurs du vieux Menton. Il y a à l’étage la partie propriétaire, en descendant une autre partie propriétaire suivie par une terrasse, là la location avec salle de bain et dressing dans lequel Se trouve un frigot et des étagères en grande quantité , puis dans la continuité une autre location saisonnière puis une troisième . Ces trois locations sont sur une terrasse est sud et ouest avec vue imprenable de l’Italie à menton vieille ville . La chambre est blanche décors minimaliste tonalité violet parme , tout est haut de gamme ,positionnement chambre d’hôtel avec salle de bain de qualité . Sur un Un joli parement en céramique se trouve une cafetière Krubs indispensable pour le matin et les propriétaires à l’écoute ont pris en compte ma remarque ce qui est très agréable et ont acheté un micro ondes grill de qualité . De nombreux restaurants sont en contrebas à 4 mn de marche par le jardin privatif qui descend au niveau de la plage des sablettes qui est en bas du voeux Menton. D’autres restaurant dans le centre sont aussi accessibles par de même chemin puis en sortant du chemin au lieu d’aller vers la plage des sablettes qui est à gauche prendre à droite à pied donc toujours par la rue longue rue pittoresque ancienne voie romaine!!! Qui emmène dans un des quartiers les plus animés et chaleureux et authentique de menton où vous trouverez aussi les vieilles halles avec marche tous les jours !!! Plein de produits locaux et de spécialités vendues à la part que vous pouvez déguster à la plage comme à l’a appartement (compter 5 mn pour descendre , 10 pour remonter ). Et la rue longue comme beaucoup de rues dans cette ville avec de nonbreux passages est à l’ombre donc pas de soucis de chaleur excessive . De la chambre vous aurez aussi la possibilité soit d’aller à la gare de Caravan où à celle de l’autre côté du centre ville , les deux sont à 30 mn de marche et les deux offre de beaux paysages tout le long du trajet . Pour se garer , en cas d’impossibilité le propriétaire sortira sont véhicule de son box situé à 400 m mais si l’on accepte de décharger puis d’aller se garer là où il y a une place sur la rue Caravan , suivant.les jours voir les heures on trouve une place soit devant soit à deux trois mn de marche et c’est tout plat quartier très calme chic , chaleureux, vue sublime partout . Pendant le samedi de la fête des citrons j’étais garée à 2 mn . Compter 30 mn de marche pour se rendre aux gares
