"Waterfront hotel is what attracted us to the Balmoral. Room was small but clean. Small balcony overlooking ocean. Cleaning staff excellent and quick to do the room. Breakfast was plentiful. Breakfast room was spacious but lacked character, quite plain but large windows overlooking garden area and ocean. Hotel centrally located. Dozens of restaurants nearby. Paris Palace and Mamma Mia on the water were great, also the Fleur de Sel one. Overall, a nice stay. Would recommend for its location."

"The place is phenomenal - the property sits on top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The views are incredible. The room we got was top notch with mind blowing views - you can sit all day and do nothing but gaze at the boats in the sea. The breakfast was included and delicious, the Michelin Star restaurant food was outstanding. The service calls for some improvement - we ordered room service and had to call multiple times to get them to clear the plates away; we had to call multiple times to get water. Keep in mind - this is an expensive hotel, so they assume you don't need to ask for the price of additional services you get there and can afford them. It is like the JP Morgan's famous idiom regarding his yacht Corsair: "If you have to ask the cost, you can't afford it.""

"Very welcoming staff.Lovely bright clean room. Gorgeous views from balcony (4th floor) Spa balcony lovely to sit out early evening. Well situated to wander along beach front. Not very far from Old Town for evening walks. We didn’t book breakfast but little bar downstairs was lovely to come back to on the evening."

"The distance to the room! There was nobody to help with the luggages! I asked for for a golf cart but they said that was not possible. My room 407 did not have a refrigerator. The room smells musty! There was no air at the bedroom. The was air but the exit of the air was in another room so it was hot in the room."
