Contact with owner very slow. Late in getting details to enter. Caretaker very helpful in getting us in the condo. Beds comfortable. Our stay was for one month which required cleaning, vacuum barely adequate, no means to wash the floors. Kitchen knives as stated in other reviews require sharpening. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped.
After renting various apartments in Menton for more than 10 years, the Royal Plaza apartment owned by Clémence has been the best we have experienced.The spacious apartment was perfectly placed with a great kitchen and charming terrace, and we were very happy here with our two kids.We will be back, merci beaucoup Clémence!
The apartment is as advertised, spacious, in a perfect location and extremely well equipped. It would be helpful if there were dish cloths and T-towels included. Also, refuse bags and information on how to dispose of rubbish and bottles. As older ladies we felt perfectly safe.

Large, beautiful apartment nr beach!
True to pictures!Clemence has fitted out her large modern apartment,for up to 6 people, especially the kitchen!Large private front patio with exterior table & chairs, we mainly used this area!A small clothes line hidden out here.Bonus extra,separate WC.On 1st floor in secured building, has a lift.5min walk to beaches,restaurants, shops & public transport.Minor downsides, communication with the lovely lady who handed over keys, you call her when you arrive,(we don’t speak French,she didn’t speak English…our problem I know).Front balcony can be noisy, as apt next door to school.I feel that linen should be included with the price, 50 per couple for sheets n towels, we had to buy a tea towel to use.But would highly recommend n stay there again!

Apartment was ideal/perfect for all our needs and well equipped.Host Clemence no Communication whatsoever during our full stay regarding information pack not available on where to put Rubbish Bags , how to contact Host about Bedding / Towels (On Amienity list) or any other needs .Only French Spoken when stated an English Speaker. Kitchen was okay and living room bed settee was broken as back kept falling off as connecting plates which should have been screwed to back were missing so could not be connected also back cloth was very torn . We have a photo of it . The lighting in Apartment was very dim and no Replacement Bulbs were available. Washing Line was broken and not plugged into wall at all and no cleaning materials were available only a broken brush which I fixed.After all we were here for three weeks and VacumCleaner not suitable for tiled floors .We were not able to get Bedding/Towels from Host so we had to Purchase our own locally, at the end of our stay we donated them to local Red Cross and we are of the Opinion you should not have to pay for these as they are Standard in all French/Italian lettings we have rented over the years as your stay in a Hotel who don't ask you to pay to wash or clean your room at end of your stay , so you should not be charged for this it should be part of your original Package. Don't think because we have pointed out certain points above we didn't enjoy our holiday as we did and achieved all plans in Menton/Alps one of our Favorite plac

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und gut aufgeteilt, sauber und funktional. Die Lage ist ok, zwei Supermärkte um die Ecke, ins Stadtzentrum 10 Min., zum Strand 15 Min. Allerdings ist direkt nebenan ein Kindergarten und eine Grundschule, was während der Woche von halb acht am Morgen bis halb sieben am Abend einen irren Lärm macht, der Balkon grenzt unmittelbar an den Zaun. Auch sind vor dem Haus zwei Zebrastreifen, wo die Autos und vor allem die Motorräder und Roller anhalten und dann heftig Gas geben, die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage, man sitzt also quasi auf der Straße. Wir hatten einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz gebucht, bei der Ankunft gab es angeblich keinen, wir haben drauf bestanden und man hat uns dann einen Stellplatz zugewiesen, der angeblich nicht zur Wohnung gehört. Wir haben die Bettwäsche mitgebracht, allerdings sind die vorhandenen Bettdecken so groß (2x2 Meter), dass unsere Bezüge nicht gepasst haben, ich musste mir eine passende Bettdecke (140x200 cm) kaufen. Der Balkon hat Sonne von 1 Uhr mittags bis etwa 17 Uhr. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich eingerichtet, allerdings funktioniert nicht alles, z.B. fehlt bei der Kaffeemaschine eine passende Kanne. Im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nur ein Heizkörper. Der TV hat nur französische Programme, obwohl ein SmartTV ist es uns nicht gelungen, deutsche Sender zu finden. Das WLAN ist am zweiten Tag ausgefallen und wurde schnell repariert, hat ansonsten gut funktioniert. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten wegen des Lärms.
Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mitten in Menton. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 10 Minuten entfernt gefunden und sind den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht mehr mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen.Clémence ist sehr nett und war in der Regel schnell zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

tres beau appart propre bonne literie cuisine bien aménagèe bien équipée calme sauf aux heures de recreation de l ecole voisine mais bon il suffit d adapter ses horaires et un + le parqing souterrain tres bien situer dans le centre de menton 2 fois que l on le loue salutations

Plus besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est l'idéal!
Très bon accueil également, la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est à l'écoute, ponctuelle et disponible.
Nous vous conseillons cet appartement. Décoration, emplacement et fonctionnalité au top et que dire de la literie dont nous avons pris la référence. Le garage est un faire plus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich willkommen geheißen, der Kontakt war professionell und angenehm, die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war das parken in der Tiefgarage und das absolute Highlight ist die tolle Lage.
