"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "

"We had a very relaxing week-end there, enjoying the pool and the stunning views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. The restaurant is a stand out! We dined under the trees and loved the menu which is interesting, both traditional and creative…well executed and presented. The staff was attentive and professional. All for a very fair price! "Hi it has the most amazing view of Siena. It’s located up the hill so great views from rooms. It used to be part of a church/ monastery. 5 minutes walk from the main spots in Siena. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. High ceilings in rooms. Lovely patio to sit and have breakfast. Rooms need a bit of renovation. The AC in our room was very weak and we were roasting. But my kids room had decent AC. That was the only bad issue. Otherwise a special place."

"When I arrived I was immediately told that I couldn’t park at the hotel. No welcome, how was your trip, do you want a glass of water. And had to check in and move my car to a public parking space. It was 35 degrees so I wasn’t best pleased. Apparently if you don’t pre book you can’t park at the hotel. Be warned, the parking is very tight so if you have a large car forget the option anyway. "The view from the dining area was perfect. The included breakfast was amazing and the complimentary ebike rentals were perfect to get around outside of the hotel to catch more amazing views! The food at dinner was perfect. The only thing that was lacking was the bathroom showers. Ours was leaking. Other than that it was a perfect stay."
