"We had no details where to find the property and had to ask in the neighbourhood. Despite advising the owner beforehand exactly when we would arrive nobody was around to let us in. Eventually through speaking to neighbours someone arrived to let us in but said 'we did not know you were coming'!! How could that be? Property itself quite good but only access is through spiral metal fire-escape at rear, up 2 floors. No good unless you are fit, have light luggage only and have a good head for...

"Did not disappoint. First time using an all inclusive package. And worked out so well. Generous on food and drink etc. Staff fab, and genuine. Eateries within had good choice of menus, from buffet to 3 restaurants within. All good!"

"We only stayed a night after a late flight but we would absolutely go back. It's a wonderful little hotel with pool, quiet, and the family who run it are lovely. We thought the breakfast was varied and made our stay excellent value for money. Staff were available at 2230 when we arrived and the offer of something to eat was appreciated as I imagine the kitchen had closed We don't usually stay in hotels but very much appreciated the hospitality here. "We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children to get all their energy out before bed. The rooms are a good size and our sea view room did not disappoint. Overall the hotel was a wonderful choice for us with plenty to do. The only thing we weren't too keen on was how the wifi worked. We were told that the tv must be on for it to work. It was pretty slow so we weren't fans of that."
