This hotel was adequate for our needs as a family of five, and our room was spacious. The food was often cold or greasy, though, and the whole hotel was dark at night, as if they were saving electricity.

Wonderful salt water outdoor pool! Beautiful setting, very relaxing. Excellent food, high quality and varied. Much better than in most hotels. Clean room, great view. Fast wifi in the hotel rooms. The bar was bad. They have very few types of alcohol and are absolutely clueless about any kind of drink (I ordered a rum and coke and received vermouth). The beer was fine though. Indoor pool and gym were closed. No entertainment (no evening shows or sketches).

Quand je suis arrivée à 19:00, ma chambre théoriquement était prête depuis un bon moment, mais j'ouvre la porte chambre lit en vrac, salle de bain serviette salles au sol, problème ! le bagagiste et moi redescendons à la réception pour une nouvelle chambre. Retour dans les étages la carte n'ouvre pas la porte. Le bagagiste téléphone, on attend devant la porte, et voilà une nouvelle carte amenait par le responsable qualité de l'hôtel. La porte s'ouvre. Mais qualité vraiment approximative, plus qu'habituellement. La porte du meuble frigo de guingois, portes des placards qui se chevauchent, robinet du lavabo qui arrose dans toutes les directions, fuite d'eau dans les wc, fourmis qui sortent d'on ne sait ou, bureau sans siège, j'en passe et des meilleurs. Et au restaurant propreté qui effraie un peu. Heureusement que le personnel est sympathique.

On sent la fin de saison et la fatigue du personnel. Au restaurant la propreté de la vaisselle limite. A l’accueil les personnes qui n'acceptent pas les remarques, avec la phrase qu'on entend partout ''Respectez-moi !'', mais il semblerait que çà ne marche que dans un sens. Quand je suis arrivée à l'hôtel on a exigé que je paye la taxe de séjour, sans me donner de reçu ni le noter sur l'ordinateur. Et quand je suis partie j'ai dû payer à nouveau la taxe de séjour, dommage j'y retourne la semaine prochaine.

Déplacement pour le travail, cet établissement est idéalement placé. La nourriture variée et très bonne. Je n'ai jamais d'aussi beaux fruits dans tous les autres hôtels ou j'ai séjourné. Le personnel très sympathique. La plage très plaisante, pour les bains de début de soirée après le travail. J'y retourne.

A very bad conditions in the accomodation side : moquette of the corridors extreamly dirty and old , towels in yhe room are good for the garbage bean . Some staff with direct contact with guest must be trained on the basics rules of comunication .

Usine à touristes allemands et russes Hoel austère repeint en gris et décoration noire on ne se sent pas en Tunisie Personnel hyper accaparé, impossible de déjeuner tranquillement il faut faire une demie heure de queue pour pouvoir se servir le déjeuner, hotel immense Si vous voulez un séjour tranquille ce n'est pas l'endroit ideal, c'est dommage car il est bien placé dans la zone touristique avec la mer à proximité et belle plage

Séjour et animation exceptionnels !

Super séjour du début à la fin. Et ce, principalement grâce à l'équipe d'animation jeune et dynamique qui propose des animations toute la journée, ainsi que des soirées à thème chaque soir. Un grand merci à Sonia et son équipe qui permet à l'hôtel d'être aussi chaleureux et de conserver constamment une si bonne ambiance ! Je suis arrivé seul à ce séjour, et reparti avec des amis, et ça il n'y a qu'au Sentido Rosa Beach que ça aurait pu m'arriver.

J y étais pour un séjour d affaire.. je eemndissurtoit beaucoup de repos.. il y avait l'animation autour de la piscine qu' on écoutait de la chambre.. et les murs des chambres n étaient pas assez épais apparemment pour ne pas écouter les sons de télé, ou discussions des chambres voisines
