"Did not receive on time a code to enter the property, after couple phone calls and 30 min later we received the code. Employees not inform good enough that the room was occupied because suddenly somebody enter the room without announcing while my wife was just out the shower. Couple products where insufficienc for a 7 days stay like 1 roll of toilet paper, Peper and salt, coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergent. These products we needed to buy extra in bulk because you cannot buy just 2 or 3...
