I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. "It is convenient located hotel just off the motorway, with restaurants and shopps in walking distance. If you are not expecting 5 star hotel for the price (which you shouldn't) you won't be disappointed."
