Golf course (18 hole) 30 km, riding stable 5 km. This semidetached house and the 3 terraced houses are on the back (DE9098.110.1-DE9098.110.3), have nice furnishings, high standard fittings with care to details. They all have 1 TV in the living room and another Satellite smaller TV in one of the bedrooms. Double beach hut. Cycles for hire.
"Kormoran", 5-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV, video, CD-player and hi-fi system. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bath/shower/WC. Top floor: 2 small children's rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed. Terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. TV screen in the lounge/diner is 109 cm. 2 free parking spaces available, on request and on pre-booking, further parking spaces are available each at a cost of EUR 4/day, 300 m away.

Erholsamer Urlaub auf Rügen

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und Komfort. Leider haben nicht alle Steckdosen funktioniert. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber die Fläche dafür ist sehr beengt.
