"No A/C and the rooms were closed up with no windows open upon arrival. Had to ask for extra fans. Gentleman staff was super friendly however our group was treated as second class guests other staff as there was a wedding party on site when we arrived. "

"A very comfortable stay. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with a kettle. Iron and ironing board available with bathrobe and slippers. There was also a safe and mini fridge with 4 complimentary drinks. Check in was easy and edgy. Breakfast was exception a wide variety of items from a hot to a cold buffet. The hotel is ideally situated.. only 5mins on the bus: tram to the main station and walking distance to the main shopping street."

"The layout of the hotel is perfect, we parked indoors the underground parking with a quick walk to the reception where a very helpful and friendly receptionist welcomes you to the hotel. Then we headed out our Panoramic View room, which was immaculately clean, and the morning breakfast was perfect. We absolutely loved the train that takes you to the castle and downtown. In addition, the restaurant was able to accommodate for my wife’s gluten allergy (Celiac). We absolutely loved it."
