"We enjoyed our stay, the location was prefect for easy journeys to the coast and further afield to explore. We had very warm weather and the house stayed cool at all times, thankfully. We really enjoyed Jurgon les Lac, and so did our dog who loved swimming in the lake."

"The gite is set in a green, well kept hamlet with picnic tables outside each gite for you to enjoy breakfast in the sun. The gite was clean and well organised; one thing to add, the stairs are a little steep so worth checking that for all members of your guest group. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, all in all a great base to explore this part of France."

"The cottage is extremely well equipped, cosy and comfortable with a wonderful welcome pack on arrival. The grounds are superbly maintained with plenty of different seating areas in order to make the most of the weather. The cottage is at the end of lane, so no passing vehicles, if you need peace and quiet, this is a haven of tranquility. Hope to return later in the year"

"Owner was very helpful and nice. Property was spotless. However one of the main reasons for us booking this property was the availability of the swimming pool as advertised. The Owner advised us prior to arriving that it wasn't available and that a 'lido' was available in the nearest town without further explanation. Due to the timing this left us without an option to book somewhere else."

"Sue and Terry are the consummate hosts. Friendly and very helpful, but respectful of their guest’s privacy. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. I look forward to staying in their comfortable gite when I return to Pontivy or Mur-de-Bretagne."

"It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "The swimming pool is the centre piece of this complex, it’s even better than it looks in the photos. We often had the pool to ourselves. The pool has a security code on the door making it very safe with children. Our gite had a lovely terrace and also a small garden which the children enjoyed. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gite, it is well appointed and Valerie is a wonderful host. It has the best of both worlds, being in a quiet rural location but an easy drive to the beautiful beaches and coast line. The house is large and well equipped and the garden ideal for children - cycling locally is safe and easy with kids. We will certainly return."
