Welcome to our home - we think you'll love it here :) Close to everything you'll need from sit-down to fast-food restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centres. 3 mins from the Moncton Hospital, 6 mins from NBCC Moncton Campus and 8 mins from University of Moncton. Our home is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay, including new stainless steel appliances in our fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to hosting you!

Laundry is a shared amenity in the building. The laundry room is on the lowest level of the building.
Other things to note
We will be onsite for indoor and outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, general groundskeeping, and more.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.

There is some potential for noise from the other units. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking.

TV: we do not provide any channels or streaming logins. A 55" smart TV is provided for you to log into your own streaming accounts.
