Clean and neat. However, the building is old, and the floors are squeaking. The price is $78 per night, but with some "Maintenance fees" ($65), I don't know what they are for" and the taxes become $156 per night. I am wondering if all the listed properties have these hidden fees? Good place overall!

Host was prompt with communication and in addressing a couple issues. Host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The community kitchen with coffee available was appreciated. And a small fridge in our Suite was great! The little balcony for 2 to sit at end of day with a glass of wine was nice. Location - an easy walk to Avenir Centre and Restaurants.
