"Todo excelente, muy comoda nuestra cama, quizas un poco caliente para mi gusto, no pudimos mejorar la temperatura desde nuestra habitacion, tuvimos que pedir a recepcion que hicieran algo al respecto. A nuestro regreso a Alcala de Henares, definitivamente regresaremos a este Hotel"

"I arrived very early after an overnight flight. Staff were accommodating and found us a room to check in early. I very much appreciate the effort. This type of things are what separate the best from the average. The rest of our stay was very good as well. "

"The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day. There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay. "
