"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean. Breakfast is delicious. The only 2 issue we had was that the rooms are very small; and that there are mosquitoes and the housekeeping staff keeps the balcony doors open thus letting them in the room. "

"The unit was clean and well maintained. The bathroom needs a little updating, but the rest of the unit was recently renovated. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc, but lack of salt and pepper, napkins, paper towels makes it less functional than it could be. The location is near the water and restaurants, easy walking distance to both. If you rent a car, parking is a little more difficult and a few blocks away. Parking and traffic is probably worse in the high season. There is apparently a bus to Palermo, we drove a rental car, and the traffic there is horrendous. The one big disappointment is that the city is renovating the Central Square where the fountain was located in the photos. Instead of a nice open area with direct access to the waterfront, the entire area is blocked off with 10 ft high steel fencing and there is heavy construction equipment working there starting at 7:00 a.m. on weekdays. The host obviously cannot control this, but it should be disclosed before rental is finalized. This construction apparently is going to go on until 2027. See attached photo compared to the listing photo."

"We did not get a room with a balcony, microwave, premium Egyptian bedding, on site parking, snack bar/deli, bar/lounge or garden - all confirmed on our booking confirmation. This is why we booked Le Muse. No one was there to welcome us and we had to find our own way to the room in the dark. Instructions were given but it was not what we expected. The room was ok but the bedding was very old and rough. The breakfast was good and it was quiet."
