"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist rustikal aber sehr gepflegt. Super Lage. Leider musste zwei mal der Techniker kommen weil die Elektrik nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist."

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub"

"Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)"

"It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean."

"We enjoyed our stay at 101 Esino. It was conveniently located <5 min walk to the train station and beach access. We were traveling without a car, so it was a trek into Ancona via foot (we could have taken the bus or train). Would be a fabulous location with a car to explore more of the Marche region. The only things the apartment were lacking were garbage or compost bags and dish soap. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay."

"We stayed there for 4 nights, June 30-July 4th 2017. We had a 3 days wedding in Fano, Pesaro, Gradara area. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, we used 3 out of the 4 bedroom. There is a common living room space between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs as well. outdoors had an enjoyable breeze with a hamac to lay in. "Dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschöne Lage, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, groß und geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, welche man sich nur wünschen kann! Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für Restaurantbesuche in der Umgebung und hatte für unser erstes Wochenende auch vor unserer Ankunft bereits zwei Tischreservierungen für unsere Gruppe getätigt. Insgesamt eine der besten Ferienunterkünfte die wir in den letzten 20 Jahren gebucht haben!"

"Casal Ferriano is een oude boerderij. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Als je van basic houdt dan is het zeker een aanrader. Eigenaar Guiseppe is erg gastvrij en verteld graag over de historie van de boerderij. Fijn zou wel zijn geweest als er wat comfortabeler tuinmeubelair aanwezig zou zijn."

"The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. I really can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay...

"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!!
