"Very nice house with great panorama. Beautiful pool and garden loved by the children. Good base for small excursions to historical attractions as well as nearby cities including Napoli."

"This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. "

"The host and the villa were wonderful. Follow his advice on where to go and where to eat. Moos Si restaurant was a good recommendation. Beach is close and very nice. The village is kind of sketchy - I wouldn't walk around at night alone."

"It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! From the furniture and fittings, to the pool, to the little extras such as the welcome food and wine package and complimentary toiletries, the owners have thought about every detail and the property is stunning. Set in a very quiet location, the main noise you’ll hear is that of the crickets in the trees and grasses...

"Excellent location, panoramic views all round. Enjoyed our stay and recommend this villa if staying in Formia. Pool is only a dipping pool and not a swimming pool, but still good."

"From the get go, Alessandro & Ida were great with communication. Our flight was considerably late but Alessandro waited for our arrival and gave us a mini tour despite the time was past midnight. We were shown around the wonderful grounds, pool and whole house. We were also greeted with pasta and passata plus breakfast bits and cold drinks in the fridge.
