"We stayed the Alienor gite, just outside the lovely village of Lanquais near the Dordogne river. Our host Ann is really excellent host. The house is excellent - all the comforts of home, plenty of space, great welcome supplies, spotlessly cleane, nice and cool in the really hot recent weather and excellent value for money. "Just returned from a very relaxing holiday in this lovely villa with swimming pool. There is so much to do for the children. They particularly loved the mini golf and zip wire. The fresh eggs from the chickens and fresh tomatoes were a massive bonus. I would definitely recommend for a family that wants to get away from it all. Bernard was so helpful and thorough in explaining how everything worked when we arrived. I really hope we can return sometime soon."
