"We came to Monett for a softball tournament. We got rained out one of the days and got to spend the whole day at this adorable duplex. It was probably the CLEANEST place we have stayed. So cute and has everything you will need. Karan was great as well!"

The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with fresh eggs from the owners' chickens—such a lovely touch. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location by the river was stunning and provided a beautiful, tranquil setting. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a peaceful, unique getaway!"

"This home is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed for our large family, and the property gave us a short retreat from the stress of everyday life. From the lovely horses to the fun tree swing, we all enjoyed the area surrounding the home. The bedrooms are large with plenty of sleeping spaces, and everything was super clean.
