"All staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to room service, and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind. Fitness centre an efficient use of space, with machines, weights, and an outdoor seating area with light refreshments. Proximity to the airport, reached off the lobby, cannot be beat. It's an easy 2-15 minute walk, depending on Halls A through D (A being the closest)"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend. The staff were excellent. So polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable, as were all of the social areas. Breakfast had a good selection. It doesn’t state on the website, but the pool is closed during off peak, although the the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit by the pool in the outdoor terrace, as it was still 24 degrees. Shuttle to and from the airport is included and hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! "

"Very satisfied with hotel and staff. One area of concern is the driveway at night. It is very dark and there are no lights. We had a 4:30 am taxi pickup and we had to walk up the driveway , approximately 500 ft to where the taxi was to pick is up. Total darkness and the condition of the driveway is not safe at night. There is a broken barrier in the middle if the driveway that my husband hit, thankfully with the suitcase and not his foot. Another pickup area we used on another stay is closer but patio stone walkway is so uneven and overgrown that you cannot roll you suitcases easily."
