"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. "Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Mobiliar etwas überaltert, aber gemütlich. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und ist um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sehr bemüht. "The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it. "The accommodation was basic but had what we needed for our stay. The Manager was very communicative and friendly. Breadfast vouchers for local cafes. "

"This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) .
