"予約確認に手間取ったものの、にこやかなマダムの丁寧な説明で不安なくチェックイン。ドミトリーの予約だったが相客が居ないようでキャビンを占有。豪華ではないけれど掃除の行き届いた部屋にきちんとしたヒーターと床暖、温かいシャワーで-3℃でも快適に過ごせます。あたりになにもないので、星空がすごい。これを見るために泊まっても良い。トランジットで泊まる必要があるけれどダウンタウンへ出るのはめんどくさいと言った時には第一チョイスではないでしょうか。夜中に喉が渇いても、自販機もコンビニもないのであらかじめ飲み物用意するのを忘れずに！"

"Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate "

"The hotel is only a block away from the center square and nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone. When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room instead of beside the bed. Speaking of the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, basically a rock-hard surface with a few thin pads pretending to be a mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. There was no proper lighting above the bathroom sink, making it hard to use the mirror. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and poor quality. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early and check into another hotel. This place has a long way to go before it should be open to guests. Would not recommend."
